FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT: [Free Non-Profit License]

1. GRANT OF RIGHTS: Producer (33&1.3) hereby grants the Licensee (“Artist”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the beat titled "Heart Strings" for evaluation and non-profit purposes only.

2. PERMITTED USAGE (NON-PROFIT ONLY):

• Recording: Artist may record vocals/lyrics over the Beat for demo purposes.

• Social Media: Artist may post snippets of the resulting Song on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) provided no revenue is generated.

• SoundCloud/YouTube: Uploads are permitted to non-monetized accounts only.

3. PROHIBITED USAGE (THE "CATCH"):

• No Monetization: Artist is NOT permitted to upload the Song to paid distribution services (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.).

• No Revenue: Any use of the Beat that results in financial gain for the Artist is a violation of this agreement.

• No Content ID: Artist may not register the Song with any Content ID service (this protects your beat from being "claimed" by someone else).

4. MANDATORY CREDIT: Artist must credit the Producer in the title and description of all uploads as: (Prod. by 33.13).

5. UPGRADE REQUIREMENT: If the Artist wishes to monetize the Song, distribute it to streaming platforms, or perform it for profit, they must return to the 33.13 store and purchase a paid license (Basic, Premium, or Unlimited).

6. WATERMARKING: The free version of "Heart Strings" may contain audio watermarks ("Voice Tags") which must not be removed or edited out.
